We understand that documents uploaded for verification (such as Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, and tax filings) contain sensitive personally identifiable information (PII). This Privacy Policy explains our strict data handling protocols.

2. Zero Permanent Storage Architecture

When you upload a PDF file to VerifySign.in:

• The file is transmitted exclusively over encrypted 256-bit SSL (HTTPS) connections.
• Verification is executed in an isolated, temporary session environment.
• We do not parse, extract, store, index, or sell any personal data contained within the document.
• Automatic Purge: All temporary session directories and generated output files are permanently deleted from our servers automatically within 2 hours of upload.

3. Payment Processing

All financial transactions are handled securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. VerifySign.in does not collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.

4. Analytics & Cookies

We maintain minimal, privacy-friendly server logs (such as page visit counts and anonymized IP hashes) solely for security and abuse mitigation. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or behavioral advertising cookies.
