Refund Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

At VerifySign.in, our verification check is entirely free. A one-time payment of ₹49 is charged only when you choose to download the LTV-enhanced PDF with the permanent green checkmark.

Eligibility for Refund

Because the verified PDF is delivered digitally and immediately upon transaction confirmation, purchases are generally final. However, we gladly issue a full refund under the following circumstances:

• Technical Delivery Failure: Your payment was debited, but due to a server or network failure, the download link was not generated or the file was unreadable.
• Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same transaction session.

How to Request a Refund

To claim a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@verifysign.in with:

• Your Razorpay Payment ID
• Date and approximate time of payment
• A brief description of the technical issue encountered

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
